1. Delete from within the app

If you still have the app or web access, this is the fastest way: log in, then go to Profile → Delete Account (mobile app) and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

2. Request deletion here (no login required)

If you no longer have access to your account or the app, submit the form below and our support team will verify and process your request.

What gets deleted: your name, email, phone number, profile photo, resume, video introduction, and other personal information.

What we retain: anonymized transaction records (with personal identifiers removed) that we're legally required to keep for tax and financial compliance purposes.

Timeframe: requests submitted here are typically processed within 7 business days.
